Managing Calling Messages of Video Intercom Device


Purpose:

If no one answers the call of the indoor station for a while, the call will be forwarded to the client.

Note: The call forwarding time duration can be set on the indoor station setting page. The available time duration is from 0 to 20s.

Steps:

  1. Tap the calling message. The following calling page will pop up.


  2. Perform the following operation.
    • Tap 1 to answer the all, and then enter the live view page of the video intercom device.
    • Tap 1 or 1 to play or stop the door station live view.
    • Tap 1 to mute.
    • Tap 1 to open the door.
    • Pinch the fingers together to zoom in the live video image, and spread them apart to zoom out.

    Notes:

    • If you do not answer the call, the calling page will be keep until the call is hanged up.
    • Up to 6 users can view the live video of the same door station at the same time. If there're more than 6 users, only 6 can view the live video, and the others can only use the audio function.
